Nitrifying bacteria 'BFL5800NT'

Ammonia removal treatment and gas treatment in drainage are possible! Suitable for gas scrubbers, bio-scrubbers, etc.

"BFL5800NT" is a specially formulated product that contains microorganisms of the Nitrosomonas species. It includes microorganisms that begin to decompose ammonia immediately upon addition, and these microorganisms coexist with existing biomass, improving overall efficiency and allowing the plant to recover rapidly. Additionally, it is resistant to chemicals in water and can operate even at water temperatures in the low 10-degree range. Many of our customers use it in their nitrification tanks. 【Features】 ■ Biologically oxidizes ammonia in wastewater and removes it from the water ■ Capable of gas treatment ■ Microorganisms coexist with existing biomass, improving overall efficiency ■ The plant recovers rapidly ■ Resistant to chemicals in water and can operate even at water temperatures in the low 10-degree range *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Microbial Agent "BFL4400AN" Case Study 1

Biogas production has improved from 2,389 m3 to 4,435 m3 per day! A case study from a potato processing plant.

The factory in question produces fried potatoes (French fries) and many food-grade potato flakes, and its wastewater treatment facility combines anaerobic and aerobic processes. The primary objective was to improve the COD values of the treatment facility, and the secondary objective was to increase the amount of biogas produced. Biofuture Ireland developed a microbial agent called 'BFL4400AN' for the anaerobic treatment facility. After three months, the COD figures improved from 0.34m3/kg COD removed to 0.72m3/kg COD removed, representing a 112% improvement. [Case Summary] ■ Industry: Potato processing plant ■ Location: France ■ Issues: Poor biogas generation and unsatisfactory COD improvement ■ Product used: Microbial agent BFL4400AN *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Case Study 2 of Microbial Agent "BFL4400AN"

Significant decrease in dry matter! Case study of introduction at a public sewage treatment plant where wastewater from brewing and household wastewater is combined.

A public sewage treatment plant in France accepts household wastewater and wastewater from brewing factories. The issues were that anaerobic digestion was not functioning efficiently and the gas production was insufficient. The first phase of the research evaluated how much the anaerobic digestion could be improved using 'BFL4400AN' at the laboratory level before using it in actual equipment. As a result, a significant reduction in COD was achieved. The generation of biogas increased significantly, not only allowing for the acquisition of more energy but also improving the facility's profitability. 【Case Overview】 ■ Industry: Public sewage treatment plant receiving wastewater from brewing and households ■ Location: France ■ Issues: Poor biogas generation and unsatisfactory improvement in COD ■ Product Used: Microbial agent BFL4400AN *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Recommended sample testing method by Biofuture for BFL4400AN.

A method for introducing microbial agents by dividing them! Introducing the sample testing method.

We would like to introduce the recommended sample testing method for the microbial agent "BFL4400AN" by BioFuture. Dissolve 10g of the product in 100ml of water, shake the container well for 5 minutes, and let it sit for 30 minutes before taking 5ml of the supernatant. Assuming that no sludge from other methane fermentation plants is brought in, add 2L of surplus sludge available at your own location into a container and then add the supernatant using two different methods. For comparison, a control with 5ml of water will be used. The reason for considering two methods of addition is that while adding a large amount at once can accelerate processes like hydrolysis, it may also lead to a rapid decrease in pH, which could halt methane production. BioFuture recommends a method of adding the microbial agent in portions. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
